Check your email
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, too.

Follow your package
Click the tracking link in that email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website to see real-time delivery status.

Sign in anytime
Have an account? View your order status and tracking whenever you like under My Account → Orders.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. Still need help? Contact our team.
