Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 5–7 business days after they ship, for a total of about 6–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee that is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises. See our Shipping Policy for details.
We ship throughout the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

We water and secure each plant, wrap the root ball, and pack it in a sturdy box with seasonal protection — heat packs in cold months and breathable insulation in heat — so your plant travels safely.
Every product page lists the recommended USDA hardiness zones and care needs, so you can confirm a plant suits your climate before you buy.
A little leaf drop or wilting after transit is normal and usually recovers within a week with light, water, and care. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t bounce back, contact us — you’re covered by our guarantee.
Yes. Each order includes a care guide, and our team is available by email and phone to help your plants thrive.
If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t survive its first 30 days despite proper care, contact us with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Usually not. Because plants are perishable, a clear photo is normally all we need to process your claim.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout. Your payment is encrypted and we never store your full card details.
