At Best Plant Nursery, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Although we are unable to accept returned plants and trees, our 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee covers any issues with your plants within the first 30 days. This helps us keep all of our plants healthy and allows us to protect the plants and trees at our nursery from any pests or diseases a plant may have come into contact with after it leaves our property.
Get in touch with us via email, and our team will review your concerns and, if necessary, provide you with a one-time replacement, store credit, or refund if you received damaged ones.
If you have an issue with your plant or tree, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected] as soon as possible so we can provide expert assistance and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Rather than send your plant back, we encourage you to make the world a little greener – find a spot to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend!
We offer a 30-day Plant Health Guarantee for plants. If your plant does not survive within 30 days of delivery, please contact us with a photo of the product. Send the photo, order number, and a brief description of the issue to [email protected]. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Garden supplies and hard goods are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, including fertilizers, planting mixes, planting kits, containers, tools, hoses, and watering bags. Please ensure items are in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee for garden supplies returns.

Once your claim or return is approved:
Plants that have been mishandled, improperly cared for, or exposed to extreme conditions (such as frost damage) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept Best Plant Nursery’s terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement. Our liability will not be greater than the cost paid for the customer’s order in any circumstance.
