We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (spring and holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Live plants are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends. Orders placed after Wednesday may be held until the following Monday for shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.
Shipping is calculated per item based on the type, size, and packaging requirements of each product. The shipping cost for each item is determined at checkout.

Shipping charges are applied per item to ensure each plant is individually packaged and protected during transit. If you order multiple items, the shipping cost for each item will be calculated separately based on its assigned shipping class. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
State Restrictions: Due to USDA agricultural regulations, certain plants cannot be shipped to California, Florida, Texas, or Arizona. Restricted items will be noted on their product pages.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS or UPS website, or through your account on our site.
